REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR 2013/2014 RETURNING UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

1. All payments should be made at Enterprise Bank, using the following Account:
              Account Name: FCES/UI Degree School Fees Account
              Account Number: 1400030679 and
              Account Name: FCES/UI Utilities, NHIS and Teaching Practice Account
              Account Number: 1400037757
2. Returning Students are expected to go to the Account Section of the Directorate to collect payment Teller.
3. After payment of the fees, Students should present evidences of payment at the Account section of the Directorate for College receipts.
4. The College receipts issued at the Account Section will be used to collect Registration Pin code at the Registry Unit of the Directorate.
5. Students are to access the College Portal with Registration Pin and proceed with course registration on-line.
6. On completion of course registration, Students should print out the forms and make at least six copies of the forms.
7. The completed forms are to be endorsed by the Heads of Departments in their respective course Areas and by the Academic Programme Officers of their respective Schools.
8. Submission of Completed Registration forms should be in the following order :
              2 copies to the Directorate
              1 copy to each of the HODs (Major and Minor)
              1 copy to the Academic Programme Office
              1 copy to the Students
